Our mission is to run joint advertising campaigns that raise awareness about military career opportunities for young adults. We also aim to educate key adult influencers—such as parents, teachers, counselors, coaches, and others—who help guide young people’s career choices.

The “Calling/Answer” campaign speaks directly to young adults through TV, digital and social media, featuring service members reflecting on how military service helped them achieve personal goals and build fulfilling lives. The campaign presents military service as an informed choice that can provide direction, growth, and opportunity.
The “Their Tomorrow” campaign focuses on adult influencers, encouraging them to support young adults as they consider a wide range of paths to success. The campaign illustrates how military service can offer meaningful work, personal and professional development, enriching lifestyles, and lifelong connections—while modeling open, supportive conversations between adults and youth.
